BrigRetail Company has successfully finished the project on implementation of Electronic Archive of Referenced Documents for JSCIB «UkrSibbank» BNP PARIBAS GROUP. The Bank is one of the domestic market leaders among those providing banking technologies, services and products for corporate clients. In November 2008 the project has been put into test operation. Starting with December 2008 the Bank uses Electronic Archive of Referenced Documents in industrial operation.
Electronic Archive of Referenced Documents solution is based on EMC Documentum software and is designed for support of internal corporate network. This network ensures web-access to information related to banking products. Control system ensures information confidentiality and increases content quality on the whole.
As a result of implementation project, all data relating to banking products of JSCIB «UkrSibbank» BNP PARIBAS GROUP are stored at Documentum repository and are accessible from it. Web-access enables to considerably increase employees’ labor productivity and decrease time of feedback to clients’ requests. Additionally, it helps hasten information analyzing processes. Electronic Archive of Referenced Documents is used by the Bank employees for managing processes on creating, approving, publishing, searching, accessing and storing of normative bank documents. These bank documents contain description of products, business processes, regulatory procedures and other auxiliary information relating to support of banking products and services sales through sales outlets.
Project results are considered as positive and project arrangements as effective. Within the project limits the whole scope of jobs has been realized in accordance with the requirements defined by the Bank administration. The requirements covered implementation timeframe, solution functionality, project communications and project documents preparation. |
