The consulting company “BrigRetail LLC” has successfully finished the implementation of the series of projects for JSC “Kirovogradoblenergo”, built on the basis of SAP ERP software solution.
“Kirovogradoblenergo” is the unique enterprise, which is responsible for the electrical energy distribution in Kirovograd area. It is very important for the above named company to receive the full information about activity of whole enterprise and its separate divisions. Performance of this task will ensure the growth and the increasing value of “Kirovogradoblenergo”.
The latest release of the scaled integrated system SAP ERP, with unified information flows for all divisions of the company, has been complying with the set objectives of JSC «Kirovogradoblenergo» in the best way.
Besides, JSC «Kirovogradoblenergo» needed the functionality extension and implementation of the system into the radio electric networks (REN), therefore SAP solution should unite all divisions of the company in a common information area, give possibilities to control and adjust all key business processes, as well as create tools for the analysis and work planning for all structural divisions.
In the process of projects implementation, the specialists of «BrigRetail LLC» has realized the effective complex of works and techniques during the migration of the SAP R/3 system version 4.6c to the SAP ERP version 6.0 (upgrade of SAP system); for the pilot version of SAP ERP system in Kirovograd REN KOE (SAP ERP REN); for the implementation of the functional modules “Human resource management” (SAP HR), “Payroll” (SAP PY).
As a result of projects implementation, some separate applications used in the enterprise were incorporated into the framework of the common information area. All data are consolidated in SAP ERP system that, on the one hand, allows real time controlling and operating of the finance function, company’s resources, prices, stocks, personnel and other aspects of JSC “Kirovogradoblenergo” business activities. This also allows to raise the efficiency of the interaction between enterprise divisions. The important fact is that the introduction of SAP ERP pilot version in REN ÊOE will allow simplifying of the subsequent transition to the information support of other 22 RENs by SAP ERP system.
The successful implementation of SAP ERP (FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, SD, HR, PY) in JSC “Kirovogradoblenergo” was facilitated by clear definition of objectives and assignment of tasks, fast decision making and adaptation of the enterprise. Particularly it is necessary to mark the experience, professionalism, the quality and speed of the work performance of “BrigRetail LLC” and JSC “Kirovogradoblenergo” project teams. |
