2010 year in review: the most profitable technologies of the past year

PC Week magazine had an interview with General director of Brig-Retail LLC Oleg Pozdnyakov who answered some questions on the most profitable products of the past year, as well as on the company's plans for the future.
PC Week: What technologies where the most in demand and profitable for your company over the past 1-1,5 years?
Oleg Pozdnyakov:In the last 1-1,5 years BrigRetail’s team implemented a number of successful projects, mainly on the introduction of ERP-and ECM-systems. The introduction of such software products was caused by the urgent need for business organizations to manage their internal and external resources.
PC Week: On what technologies do you plan to place your stake the next year?
Oleg Pozdnyakov: Analyzing the enterprises’ demand for information technology during 2010, we can confidently say that works on business processes optimization will be the most actual in future, as well as the works on implementation of document workflow systems. Therefore, BrigRetail plans to concentrate all their knowledge and experience in providing consulting services in the field of ECM-and BPM systems.
PC Week:PC Week: What new vendors did you start to work with this year and intend to continue the cooperation in the future?
Oleg Pozdnyakov:In March 2010, BrigRetail Company and TEC-IT Datenverarbeirung GmbH have signed a partnership agreement as the result of which we became its unique partner in Ukraine and were able to sell the software products and to perform their configuration. We also plan to cooperate with TEC-IT the next year.
